„Currently suppliers providing products to both German and N.A. OEM’s are required to assess their products‘ failure modes and effects differently, based on differences between the Severity, Occurrence, and Detection rating tables in the VDA and AIAG FMEA Manuals. This causes confusion and adds complexity to the product development and product improvement activities of the suppliers.
The focus of the work group is to come up with a common set of FMEA requirements/expectations that will enable suppliers to have a single FMEA business process and associated set of methods and tools to produce robust, accurate and complete FMEA’s that would meet the needs and expectations of any of their customers.

in einem weiteren Thread wurden geleakte Risikomatrizen vorgestellt.
Sind schon Informationen bekannt ob..
a) betreffend Formblatt und RPZ eine Abkehr zu erwarten ist?
b) Betriebsmittel, Software, Schnittstellen (D-/P) definiertere Vorgaben vorliegen?

zu a) Nach meinem Kenntnisstand soll es ein FMEA-Formblatt ohne RPZ geben, jedoch mit B, A und E sowie BxA.
zu b) Kann ich nichts sagen.

Es gibt bisher nur Indizien, dass das Datenmodell der APIS IQ-Software auch mit den neuen Anforderungen umgehen kann und keine signifikanten Änderungen notwendig sind.

Bis zur Verfügbarkeit eines Gelbdrucks möchte ich die Diskussion nicht von meiner Seite aus vertiefen. Ich freue mich auf jeden Diskussionsbeitrag der Hintergrundinformationen geben kann.

– A validation phase was held in June/July 2017 with dedicated suppliers and evaluation of the results.
– Release of Yellow Print 15th November 2017 following a 90 days stakeholder review.
– Release of final version scheduled End of April 2018.
– Publish May 2018.

Gibt es zum Thema AP Level schon einen Zeitplan wann und wie APIS die neue Funktion umsetzen wird?

Zum Thema „AP Level“ werde ich einen neuen Thread starten. Dort möchte ich auch die Möglichkeiten aufzeigen, die schon heute in der IQ-Software vorhanden sind, z.B. Filter, benutzerdefinierte Attribute und Assistentenregeln.

Für alle Anwender, die den Gelbdruck lokal gespeichert haben hier der Hinweis, dass es eine aktualisierte Version gibt. Erkennbar ist die Version über die auch im Eigenschaftendialog sichtbare Info:
