Maintenance Contract
A maintenance contract is the ideal supplement to our APIS IQ-Software.
The maintenance contract will give you the following services free of charge:
- support service – our support staff will answer your questions concerning the application via telephone or e-mail and will give you helpful information on how you can work with the software more efficiently
- provision of service packs (usually once every quarter) – our software is in constant development in order to meet the requirements of our customers
- updates of the software on new releases – comprehensive revisions of functionality and adjustments to new QM guidelines about every 3 years
